COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course will compare the visual outcomes of cataract surgery in patients with corneal deformities using standard posterior chamber intraocular lenses and UV Light Adjustable Posterior Chamber Intraocular Lenses*This course was recorded at our NW Residents Conference in June 2024

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Optometrists will have been introduced to UV-Light Adjustable PCIOLs. They will have developed the skills necessary to identify ideal candidates for these lenses and understand how to provide appropriate post-operative care. Additionally, attendees will engage in discussions comparing the post-operative visual outcomes between UV-Light Adjustable PCIOLs and Standard PCIOLs in patients with corneal deformities.
